As you will enter the Angkor Wat Temple, you will pass by these two libraries. You can play with the light or just pose in front of one of the libraries. Either way, this place is perfect for an Instgram shot.<\/p>\n
2. Path to Angkor Wat<\/h2>\n

You cannot miss this path leading to Angkor Wat. I loved that it was not that busy compared with the main paved pathway.<\/p>\n
3. Angkor Wat North Reflection Pond<\/h2>\n

This is probably the most iconic place for Angkor Wat photography. If you want the perfect Instagram shot, I don’t recommend going there in the morning since it will be full of people watching the sunrise.<\/p>\n
4. Angkor Wat Terrace of Honor<\/h2>\n

Not many people have discovered this spot and this is why I loved it. Just play with the perspective and you will have the perfect Angkor Wat Instagram shot.<\/p>\n
5. Angkor Wat Eastern Wall<\/h2>\n

It’s amazing how well preserved Angkor Wat is.<\/p>\n
6. Angkor Wat interior<\/h2>\n

The details of the temple are simply beautiful.<\/p>\n
7. Angkor Wat Victory Gate<\/h2>\n

The Victory Gate is probably the most famous Instagram spot at Angkor Wat and for good reason.<\/p>\n
8. Ta Prohm Temple<\/h2>\n

Widely famous because of the Tomb Raider movie, Ta Prohm Temple is a unique place where nature has claimed some of the ruins.<\/p>\n
9. Phimeanakas Temple<\/h2>\n

The perfect place to make a statue impression and an awesome Instagram shot.<\/p>\n
10. Phnom Bakheng Temple<\/h2>\n

Known for its amazing sunset views, Phnom Bakheng Temple is the perfect place to shoot an aerial photograph of Angkor Wat.<\/p>\n
Where to stay in Siam Reap<\/h2>\n
Finding the perfect accommodation may be challenging. I’ve been searching for the best hotels in Siem Reap, for every budget. These are my recommendation.<\/p>\n

- Budget – Okay 1 Villa<\/a> – <\/strong>good location, spacious rooms, nice pool, friendly staff<\/li>\n
- Mid Budget – Siem Reap Palace Residence<\/a> –<\/strong> good location, modern and spacious rooms, very clean, great amenities<\/li>\n
- Luxury – Angkor Village Resort<\/a> – <\/strong>awesome pool, good location, luxurious rooms, great breakfast, excellent amenities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
